The Game

Flashpoint Outdoor Laser Tag is not just for kids. Our games are a favorite for Bachelor & Bachelorette parties, corporate team-building events, and birthday celebrations of all kinds — from kids’ parties to milestone adult birthdays. If you’re looking for something beyond the ordinary, you’ve found it.

Laser tag promotes communication and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment, making it one of the best team-building activities around — and way more fun than going to the gym. All of our games are supervised and suitable for all experience levels and most age groups.

Our Story

The Flashpoint Story

Flashpoint is a woman-owned and family-operated business. We have been serving the Flathead Valley since 2013. When Janet started Flashpoint, her goal was to build a business that is family oriented. Connecting the community with the outdoors is the ultimate goal. We often run battles for schools, churches, bachelor parties, birthdays, and family reunions. Our games are completely mobile and available year round. We also offer two locations to choose from if you do not have the adequate space for games.

Owner | Operator

Janet

Janet has a passion for the outdoors and believes nature has something for all of us. She established Flashpoint in 2013 to help kids and adults get outside. Getting out and being active is important to Janet. When she isn’t hosting battles, Janet can be found in her garden or enjoying everything Montana has to offer.

Co-Owner | Operator

Rick

Rick was born and raised in the great state of Montana. He has a background in engineering. Rick is the COO for Flashpoint Adrenaline. When he isn’t helping out at battles or working, he can be found outdoors with Janet! Rick loves skiing — he is a professional coach and instructor during winter months. In the summer he stays active mountain biking.

Ayslin

Ayslin loves to volunteer her art skills to children at her booth during the Whitefish Farmer’s Market and has done so for several years. She has helped Flashpoint with their laser tag operation for many years as well! She also has a passion for teaching skiing. She was born and raised in Northwest Montana.

Brett

Brett grew up exploring the forests and trails of Northwest Montana, which makes her right at home on Flashpoint’s outdoor battlefield. She brings high energy and a competitive spirit to every mission, helping players gear up, learn the rules, and dive straight into the action. Whether it’s her first game or her fiftieth, Brett shows up ready to make every session unforgettable. When she’s not coordinating battles, you’ll find her painting or working on her Korean language skills .

Flashpoint’s newest member of the family. Milo is working to make a name for himself in the Outdoor Laser Tag Business… look for him at your next event!

Rambo

Flashpoint lost an incredible member of the family recently. Janet may have started Flashpoint, but it was really Rambo’s idea. He played a vital role in the laser tag battle management. Rambo took the game of laser tagging very seriously. He will be missed, but never forgotten. May the game of outdoor laser tag continue in his honor!

We Are Hiring Battle Coordinators!

Does the idea of working outdoors in a fun and fast-paced environment excite you? You should apply to join our team! Flashpoint is looking to bring on Battle Coordinators. Duties include setting and packing up laser tag material, directing, and facilitating games.

You will also be engaging with players and must maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere. Age groups range, so if you love children this could be a perfect fit! Customer service experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

This is a part-time position offering $20/HR. The hours and days vary. This is a year-round position, but busier in the warmer months.
